My Favorite Flower

The current challenge over at These Are a Few of My Favorite Things! is to do a layout using your favorite flower! This was super easy for me. You all look at my favorite flower every time you hit my blog. My loving hubby made my header for me. He knows I love Stargazer Lilies, in fact he got me hooked on them. When we were dating he would always bring me Stargazers and it was our wedding flower and he still gives them to me on every anniversary - that makes 10 to date ;o) Anywho please go check out the challenge....These Are a Few of My Favorite Things!

Summer Camp

Yesterday was the last day of summer camp for my daughter. WHEW! This summer has flew by - she starts school in 13 days - Here is a very awesome scrapbook she made at camp - I am proud of her - it rocks!!!!

Just enjoyed looking back at some of my favorite photos of my daughter. The first photo is my daughter and husband holding hands when she was a newborn - how precious right????

My Princess and her BFF

Katelyn and one of her best friends, Mia had an awesome time going to the Cinderella play at our local dinner theater. They dressed up too, and really enjoyed their day together.

This is the sketch I based the layout on.

Catching Up!

Yes, I am catching up for lost time! My dh took the dd to see G-force so that I could be free to be creative all darn day!!! Woo-hoo - thank you honey!!!!! (Guess he was feeling the pressure that I needed to get my mo-jo on!!! lol!!!!).

I AM SO BUMMED!

I have been trying my hardest to get to my craft room - I have so much mojo built up and I can't release! This is totally bumming me OUT! We have been so busy catching up from the two weeks we were away - that I have not been able to do one crafty thing!!!! All I have been able to do is daydream about it. I have not even been able to jump on line on my breaks at work and blog - we have been SLAMMED and I have had no time to even take a break. Then when I get home - collaspe time!!!!

I had so hoped to get my mojo on this weekend - but instead it was spent on domestic stuff and rushing to fix a pool pump that went ker-plunk!!!!

Please just know that I am ready to inplode with scrapbooking and I plan to have some me time soon!!!!! Lots of me time! Anyone care to kid sit and hubby sit for me??? LOL!!!!

Now and Then

Ok - I confess! I have never scrapped our Disney trip from 2001 - so I have decided to scrap then and now in the same Disney Trip Album - I figure why not kill two birds with one roll of adhesive LOL!! Ok, my bloggin' buddies. I am back from our weekend religious convention.

So, my plan is to get back in the gear this week. I can't wait to get started on my Disney album ;o). But, first I have a 8 X 8 special order to complete. I will be posting photos of that soon too!

Tonight, I plan to catch up on all the wonderful projects you all have been posting on your blogs. I miss visiting you guys and seeing what you have been up to. I will be chatting with you soon!!!!
